Customers can return or exchange any product purchased through the Rhino Hitch website by returning the items in an enclosed box and shipping it directly to the warehouse. The customer assumes the liability for the product which is beingexchanged/returned in transit and assumes the cost associated with returning the item(s).
There will be a restocking fee of $35 for returns ($35 per item). A refund will be given only to items that are returned without use, and within 30 days of the original purchase date. Rhino Hitch reserves the right to determine eligibility of each return.
If you are exchanging your item, your card will be refunded the amount of your original purchase (minus the freight and surcharge) once the items have been recorded as received at the Rhino Hitch warehouse. At that time, you will need to place a new order for the correct item.
